Neon Angler & Devil Ray

This assignment was to create a mutated fish, as well as to be ambitious as I could with the design, this is the mood board that I used to start of my idea as well as to look at for references  and more ideas.

This is my final Design I went with my usual style of menacing monsters, I call this the Neon Angler, its a deep sea creature that has mutated to be a cold blooded killing machine, using its neon lights to attract pray and then kill.  

Another aquatic monster I made was based on a Sting Ray and it is called Devil Ray.
